The Memphis Soul Revue of San Diego is a ten-piece band made up of professional musicians who LOVE Soul and are excited to bring it to San Diego!
With over 200 years of performance experience the Memphis Soul Revue brings 3 horns, 5 vocalists, and a groovin' rhythm section to the stage, delighting audiences with sounds of the Great Soul Artists from the 60s & 70's such as Al Green, Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, Sam & Dave, James Brown, Gladys Knight, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, and many more.
We specialize in awesome live performances at Nightclubs, Theaters, Weddings and Galas, and we are able to tailor our musical offerings to fit the time constraints, atmosphere and specifications of each client. Need a quartet to play tasteful background music during dinner, but also want a Jumpin' Dance band to get people on their feet once the evening gets going? We are that Band!!
