Halo Effect is a recently formed Classic Rock Band. Our members are Jim Loutzenhiser on Lead Vocals, John Flood on Drums, Gavin O'Hara on Lead Guitar, and Backing Vocals, Mike Harper on Bass Guitar, and Backing Vocals. Our Band members have been involved in the San Diego music scene from anywhere from 8 to 30 years. We bring our life long passion for music to the live music lovers of San Diego.
